Welcome to Saba Reach Foundation Saba Reach Foundation, statutorily, Foundation Social Workplace Saba, is a non-profit organization located on the island Saba, Caribbean Netherlands.

a Social Workplace which offers employment to
otherwise (temporarily) unemployable individuals;

a Youth Opportunity Path program for young
adults between 18 and 25 who exited their
secondary education without a diploma;

and, an Adult Education department catering to
residents of and visitors to Saba eager for
opportunities in life-long learning.

Over the past seven years, the young foundation has grown to form a prominent part of the Saban community as a result of its consistent and diverse projects and programs.

At the heart of the foundation is the endeavor to enhance access to and upward mobility within the labor market by providing opportunities and experiences meant to enhance personal growth and professional development among the adult population of Saba.

Saba Reach Foundation was established in 2007 by the Island Government of Saba. The foundation was initially mandated to manage and execute the Social Workplace.

The second mandate of the foundation was the implementation of the Youth Opportunity Path program (in Dutch: SKJ Sociale Kanstrajecten Jongeren).

Shortly after its inception, the foundation expanded its operations to include the third Adult Education trajectory.
